Birmingham City striker Clayton Donaldson has been cleared to begin his international career with Jamaica.

Blues in talks with German star


Blues are in talks with Borussia Mönchengladbach striker Peniel Mlapa.

According to the German city Düsseldorf’s newspaper BILD the 24-year-old “is in talks with English second league side Birmingham City” and is subject to a £500,000 move.

Caddis signs one year extension


Paul Caddis is the latest player to sign a new contract, following both Demarai Gray and Clayton Donaldson.

The defender, whose original deal ran until next summer, has signed a one-year extension that will keep him at the club until at least June 2017.


Barnsley bid for Blues goalkeeper


Third choice goalkeeper Nick Townsend is set to leave Birmingham City.

According to Often Partisan he is believed to be on his way to Barnsley after Blues are said to have accepted a bid for the 20-year-old.
