This afternoon, we take on Bristol City in the Sky Bet Championship. The match will be played on home turf and we’ll look to make it 3 consecutive wins on the bounce, following our 3-0 breeze against Preston, and continue our long, unbeaten spell at St. Andrew’s.
Blues are slowly but surely reviving their form after a rotten dip before the second city derby, consisting of two dismal losses and a disappointing draw. But Garry Monk has been working hard with the lads as usual, and in our two wins since derby day, we’ve kept clean sheets in both clashes respectively, taking Lee Camp to 5th in the Championship for the most clean sheets this season (6) and he will look to add to this tally as we take on a side 14th in the table as it stands.
However, our opponents have scored 24 goals this campaign, and top scorer Andreas Weimann will set his hopes on scoring considering his previous status as an Aston Villa player. Yet with just 5 goals, high-flying Jutkiewicz and Adams will also be raring to go and add another to their goal count as well.
The last time we faced The Robins in the league, we lost 3-1 on the 10th of April, but following Bobby Reid’s departure, they have failed to perform anything like they were this time last season. Yet it’s a completely different scenario for Blues this campaign, with Garry Monk’s reign as manager going strong with just 4 defeats in the league this season, all of which being away from home.
Blues will be backed by the thousands of Bluenoses in support for the encounter, and hopefully we’ll get an important win to move us up the table. Let’s get behind the boys, and BRING THE NOISE!! KRO

Bristol – LLLWD
Blues Wins – 31
Draws – 16
Bristol Wins – 16
I’m feeling optimistic for the game today after bouncing back so well after losing in the derby, and considering Bristol aren’t on playing the best this season, I can only realistically see a Blues win coming up. So I think we’ll win 2-0 with Maghoma and Adams getting on the score sheet. K.R.O
