A heart breaking night for The Blues as they were denied all 3 points against the Welsh side.
The game never started well for Blues, the first real action of the game fell to Swansea, and they capitalised. A Camp calamity cost Blues as a shot from Charles seemed to go through the 34 year old.
However, in the 30th minute, Blues caught The Swans asleep and were back level. Jacques Maghoma cut in on his left foot and managed to get the ball into the Swansea net.
After one high there always seems to be a low with Blues, and that is exactly what happened in the 45th minute. Summer signing Kristian Pedersen received his marching orders by the referee after The Dane collected his second yellow card.
Blues went into the break level but knew that the second half would be a tough one.
20 minutes after the restart, and Swansea were back in front. Ollie McBurnie’s header looped over Lee Camp.
This blues team never stop fighting, they were back level through a Grimes own goal just 2 minutes after!
It got even better for Blues, that man Adams just can’t stop scoring! Adams ran towards the left of the box, and managed to curl the ball into the bottom right corner.
Unfortunately for Blues, they couldn’t hold on, Ollie McBurnie managed to salvage a point for Swansea in the last action of the game.
In the first 20 minutes of the game, i would have took a point. Blues need to work on the defence and will have to plan ahead to Saturday when they play against Nottingham Forest without Kristian Pedersen.
