Sixteen Championship clubs received payment for their contributions to the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

This was based on the players who played at the tournament.

Cheikh N’Doye was the only player to feature from Blues, as his home nation Senegal crashed out of the competition thanks to the fair play rule on yellow cards.
