Blues are interested in Heerenveen striker Henk Veerman according to reports in the Netherlands.
The 24-year-old signed for the Eredivisie club from Volendam in February but according to Soccerbase he has only made one start since joining the Dutch club.
According to the newspaper De Telegraaf Blues are interested in the 6’7 front man.
He is contracted to Heerenveen until June 2017, but a move to the Midlands may be attractive. This may be one of many Gary Rowett’s striker targets, and it seems Blues may be going Dutch, following the signing of Maikel Kieftenbeld.
The Dutch striker scores a variety of goals with both feet. A young prospect and with 22 goals in 46 games, he would be a hit rather than a miss.
Also it appears Edgar left for Sheffield United for extra funds that could be spent on a striker such as this one. What do you think, would this be a good move from Rowett?
