The prospected new owner Paul Seun has now put forward his plan towards the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to own 51.65% of shares.
The 55-year-old hopes to gain full control of BIHL after the proposed EGM in the Autumn. This is a big step to completing the takeover, which he hopes to complete by September/October time and end the reign of Carson Yeung.
This news shows everything is going according to Trillion Trophy and Ernst & Young’s plans, that were spelled out in the official statement.
The next significant date in Seun’s diary will be July 22nd, where he will find out if the proposed restructuring of the club by him goes his way.
It looks like good news is on the horizon, just very small steps to get there…
