Middlesborough winger poised for £1million Blues move

Blues boss Gianfranco Zola has stepped up his search to sign a wideman. Emelio Nsue is the latest to join the list, according to ESPN.

The 27-year-old, who can also play at right back aswell as right wing, is expected to make the £1million move to the Midlands.

Nsue joined Middlesbrough from Mallorca in the summer of 2014 and helped them win promotion to the Premier League last season.

The Equatorial Guinea international has made just five appearances this season and Boro are willing to cash in on him before his contract expires this Summer.

This news comes after both Johnny Russell and Wayne Routledge have also been linked with Blues.

What do you think, should Blues go for the cheaper option Nsue? Many Boro fans are sad to see him linked.

  1. its about getting good players at the right price. He doesn’t have a long contract so it makes the price better. Cheaper option doesn’t mean lesser player. He is better than what we have at the moment and at 1m I would say good price in this market.
