Blue manager Gary Rowett has confirmed that winger David Cotterill could be in contention for the game against Bolton Wanderers tomorrow evening.
The former Doncaster Rovers man has been out with a knee injury since November, and has been unavailable for selection since.
But Blues boss Gary Rowett today confirmed that the Welsh international will be back in the first team for tomorrow nights’ fixture against the Championship strugglers.
“He’s been fine in training even though he hasn’t had a lot of training time. He’s been back for a couple of weeks now and he is now verbally challenging for the first team.
“He’s infectious and just wants to play and is desperate to get back in the team.
“We’ve got some great options in attack but he’s definitely available for selection,” Rowett said.
Rowett also went on to confirm that striker Nikolai Brock-Madsen won’t be featuring at all because of an aggravated injury.
“Everyone else apart from Brock-Madsen is definitely available for selection,” Rowett said.
