Should Blues move for this wide-man after Fulham release?

It has been rumoured today via his Twitter account, that Alexander Kacaniklic has been released by Fulham.

The Sweden international made 100 appearances for the club, scoring 11 goals since arriving in 2012.

The 24-year-old has nearly 20 caps for his country and three goals to his name. Blues do not currently have a left footed wide-man and a very gifted one has become available.

Snapping up Kacaniklic is simply a no-brainer for Blues, however wages may be a problem. With funds available, the question is would Gary Rowett be willing to blow a large amount on wages?
Here’s what he could offer to Blues:

One good point would be the left-winger is available for a free transfer at the end of this month (June 30). With only Jacques Maghoma and Viv Solomon-Otabor able to operate on the left flank, not their preferred side or foot mind, this would definitely be a solid signing.

What do you think, would you like to see Kacaniklic in a Blues shirt next season?
